Pradhanmantri Narendra Modi has earlier launched ‘Saubhagya Yojana/सौभाग्य योजना’ for the poor which will provide free electricity connection to all families in India. गरीब तबके के लोगों के लिए बिजली कनेक्शन मुफ्त में दिया जाएगा. योजना के मुताबिक बिजली उपकरणों के मरम्मत का खर्च भी पांच साल तक सरकार उठाएगी। इस योजना पर कुल 16 हजार 320 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। फिलहाल सरकार ने इसके लिए 12 हजार 320 करोड़ रुपये बजटीय आवंटन किया है। इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना से तीन करोड़ लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा। Pradhan Mantri Saubhagya Yojana Registration process is started.

Saubhagya Yojana Details:

पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि इस योजना में 16320 करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आएगा. शहर और गांवों के गरीबों को ‘सौभाग्य योजना’ का फायदा मिलेगा. ग्रामीण इलाकों में इस योजना पर 14025 करोड़ खर्च होंगे. वहीं, शहरी आवास में 1732 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे. इससे शहर और गांव के गरीब लोगों को फायदा होगा. योजना के तहत सरकार पांच साल तक बिलजी की मरम्मत का खर्च उठाएगी.

• सौभाग्य योजना के लिए केंद्र सरकार से 60 फीसदी अनुदान मिलेगा जबकि राज्यों को 10 फीसदी लगाना होगा और शेष 30 फीसदी राशि बैंकों से बतौर ऋण लेने होंगे। विशेष राज्यों के लिए केंद्र सरकार योजना का 85 फीसदी अनुदान देगी जबकि उसे अपने मद से मात्र 5 फीसदी लगाने होंगे और बैंकों से सिर्फ 10 फीसदी ही कर्ज लेने होंगे। यह योजना केंद्र और राज्यों के सहयोग से क्रियान्वित होगी। सौभाग्य योजना में जिन राज्यों पर जोर दिया गया हैगरीब तबके के लोगों के लिए बिजली कनेक्शन मुफ्त में दिया जाएगा. इसके लिए लाभार्थियों का पहचान सामाजिक आर्थिक और 2011 की जाति जनगणना के आकड़ों के मुताबिक की जाएगी.|
•  इस योजना के तहत बिजली कनेक्शन के साथ हर घर को पांच एलईडी लाइट, एक पंखा और एक बैटरी दी जाएगी.
  सौभाग्य योजना के तहत’ तहत ट्रांसफॉर्मर्स, मीटर्स और तारों के लिए भी सब्सिडी मिलेगी|
  केंद्र ने राज्य सरकारों से बिजलीकरण के प्रॉजेक्ट्स तैयार करने को कहा है जिनके लिए केंद्र सहमति देने के बाद फंड जारी कर देगी.

प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के लिए पात्रता

• जो भी व्यक्ति गरीब होगा  वह इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकता है|
• इस योजना का लाभ BPL और अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग में आते हैं वह भी इस योजना के लिए पात्र होंगे|
• इस योजना के लिए पूर्वी भारत के रहने वाले लोगों के लिए अधिक महत्व दिया है|
• इस योजना का लाभ ग्रामीण इलाकों के लोगों को आज आएगा दिया जाएगा|

  प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के लिए जरूरी दस्तावेज

• आवेदनकर्ता के पास वोटर कार्ड का होना अनिवार्य है|
• आवेदन करने के लिए पैन कार्ड भी होना चाहिए|
• इस योजना में भाग लेने के लिए आधार कार्ड भी होना चाहिए|
• आवेदनकर्ता अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग में आता है तो उसका प्रमाण पत्र भी होना चाहिए|
• इस योजना में भाग लेने के लिए आवेदन कर्ता के पास बीपीएल एपीएल कार्ड  भी होना चाहिए|

Saubhagya Yojana Scheme Details:

• Facilitating Rural Needs: The scheme will focus on the rural areas only. Villages where no electricity has reached yet will be covered under this scheme. It will be helpful to cover all the needs of the rural areas.
• Revised rules for power consumption: Rules for power consumption will be stricter under this scheme. As per the PM new rules and guidelines will be made and implemented to save more energy.
• Clean Electricity: Thermal power production will be focussed here under this scheme. PM said the power production will be maintained and balanced that will depict clean electricity generation.
• Solar and Wind Power Generation: The central government is planning to cover a large part of the nation by providing solar and wind power. This will lower down the price of the power consumption so it will not turn out to be NPA or non performing assets.
• Power Bid: The bidding will be starting from 20,000MW for both wind and the solar power generation sector. The bidding process will start from December 2017. All the mandatory processes should be done by the time.
• Pre-Paid model: There will be a pre-paid model for the scheme. That means people will have to pay the price for the electricity prior to use. They can pay as per their monthly requirement.
