DDA is going to launch a new Housing Scheme with Around 21,000 i.e 20,980 Flats. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given the best chance to get a Low rate Flat in your Favorite Area. These 21,000 Flats will be categorized into various categories. It is expected that the DDA Housing Scheme which is also known as DDA Aawasiya Yojana will start by Aug 2018. This time also the Registration Mode will be online. Payments will be accepted Online as well as through Challan.
DDA Housing Scheme 2018
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is now offering to provide houses to the needy people. The government is now going to offer houses once again in 2018. The DDA is now taking this great step to help the needy people who can’t afford buying houses to live securely.
The entire official team of DDA has now come up with the best housing schemes to offer well-equipped houses with well-established infrastructure in the reputed localities. This Year DDA is will provide around 21000 Flats. There will be 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK flats. Lucky Applicants will be awarded to Key to their Dream house.
Types of Flats in DDA Housing Scheme 2018:
- HIG Flats = Higher Income Group
- MIG Flats = Middle Income Group
- LIG Flats = Lower Income Group
- Single room flat
- Janta Flats
- EHS Flats etc
DDA Housing 2018 Flat Prices: Flats start at Rs 7.5 lakh to 1.5crore
Eligibility of DDA housing scheme 2018:
- The applicant must be citizen of India
- The applicant should have attained the age of 18 years
- The applicant must not own any residential house or plot in full or in part, on leasehold/freehold basis in New Delhi, Delhi or Delhi cantonment, either in his/her own name or in the name of his/her wife/husband/minor dependent children
- If however, the share of the applicant in the jointly owned plot or land under the residential house is less than 66.9 square meters, he/she can apply under any of the schemes
- A person who has already been allotted a house/flat constructed by DDA or any other land/owning agency even if it is less then 66.9 sq mtrs, shall not be eligible for allotment under any of the schemes of DDA
DDA Housing 2018 Tie Up Banks: DDA Housing Scheme 2018 application forms and loan transactions, the authority has signed up with 10 lenders like Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI and Canara Bank.
DDA Awasiya Scheme 2018 details:
The flats will be located in areas like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Narela, Siraspur etc. It is known that 10,000 unoccupied flats are from a 2014 housing scheme, and are being offered in the mentioned areas.
- LIG (Low Income group): 16,298
- Janta Flats: 3622
- MIG (Middle Income Group): 579
- HIG: 488 flats.
Also, the scheme is linked with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. And applying brochures are available at Rs 200, inclusive of all taxes.
DDA Awasiya Yojana 2018 | DDA Housing Scheme 2018 Online Application| Registration:
- The applicants can now simply visit the online portal of DDA
- Click on “DDA HOusing Scheme 2018”
- Fill your online application form accurately by uploading the relevant documents
- Pay online for clearing off the registration amount
- Finally, click on SUBMIT and your registration for DDA Awasiya Yojana 2018 will get completed.
Once the Registration Completes, You will be Given a Reference Number. Note Down the Reference Number for Future Purposes.
