There is not a word for fixed middle income group which depend upon their savings during service time and now the interest rates are going down and interest is taxable. Pensioners have to incur high expenditure on medical assistance and surprisingly pensions are not being revised. Price rise is only for central government employees. Others are to eat grass. Surprising?
Since GST has been made applicable MRP of not even a single item in use by middle income group has come down though Our Great G.O.I.FM announced that accumulated taxes on many items payable @ 60-70% will now be below 28%. Where is 40% tax saving by manufacturers, wholesalers and distributers? Government has no control on anything including law and order, except exploiting the middle and fixed income group.
