Madhya Pradesh government has launched a scheme called Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (MMYSY) / मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना . Mukhya Mantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana is a financial assistance program that grants benefits and loans at minimum interest rates to the young bright minds of the state for initiating their own startup. That means people can get loans with the minimum interest rates. मुख्य मंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना एक वित्तीय सहायता कार्यक्रम है जो राज्य के युवाओं के लिए न्यूनतम ब्याज दरों पर अपने स्वयं के स्टार्टअप शुरू करने के लिए लाभ और ऋण देता है। इसका मतलब है कि लोगों को न्यूनतम ब्याज दरों के साथ ऋण मिल सकता है|

Under Yuva Swarozgar scheme, MP state government helps people get loans from banks to set up their own small business. The government provides margin money assistance, interest subsidy, loan guarantee and training to the youth to set up their own small business. The application form is available to apply for this Scheme. युवा स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत राज्य सरकार लोगों को बैंकों से अपना छोटा व्यवसाय स्थापित करने के लिए ऋण प्राप्त करने में मदद करता है। सरकार अपने छोटे व्यवसाय को स्थापित करने के लिए युवाओं को मार्जिन धन सहायता, ब्याज सब्सिडी, ऋण गारंटी और प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करती है। इस योजना के लिए आवेदन पत्र उपलब्ध है।

Scheme Name : Mukhyamantri Swarojgaar Yojana 

Eligibily for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sawarozgaar Yojana : 

• Applicant must be resident of Madhya Pradesh state
• The applicant must have passed at least 5th Class
• The applicant age should be between 18 to 45 years
• The applicant should not be defaulter of any nationalised bank, cooperative bank or any financial institution.
• The applicant should not get any assistance under state-level schemes.
• The scheme is accessible for industry/business/service company projects only

Financial Assistance under Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana:

• Under this scheme, the project should be between Rs. 20 thousand to 10 Lakh
• The government will grant interest at a rate of 5% of the cost of project (maximum 25 thousand ) per year till 7 years
• The guarantee fee will be paid at the current rate for up to 7 years
• State Government will provide 20% of the project cost as Margin Money or Maximum Rs. 10000 distributed by the government for the project cost up to Rs. 50000
• इस योजना के तहत परियोजना लागत 20 हजार से 10 लाख रुपये के बीच होनी चाहिए |
• परियोजना लागत (अधिकतम 25000 रुपये ) पर ब्याज अनुदान 5 प्रतिशत की दर से दिया जायेगा।
• सात साल के लिए गारंटी शुल्क का भुगतान वर्तमान दर पर किया जाएगा।
• राज्य सरकार परियोजना लागत (50000) का 20% मार्जिन मनी के रूप में या अधिकतम 10000 रुपए एक मुस्त में  प्रदान करेगा।

1. The application forms are available for free in the related district office /आवेदन फार्म संबंधित जिला कार्यालय में मुफ्त उपलब्ध हैं| [ Application form is given below ]
2. The application forms will then be reviewed and sorted. Applicants with incomplete forms will be called to complete the missing details in the forms.
3. The applicants are required to submit the general project report of proposed project along with the application form.
4. Application forms will then be presented to the selection committee of respective department elected under the scheme.
5. Non-Eligible applications will be rejected.
6. Loans for the accepted applications will be disbursed within 15 days after the acceptance of the application.
7. Submit the form after filling to the district office.
