AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme is farmer welfare scheme launched by the CM YS Jagan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh. ‘Rythu Bharosa’ is input subsidy scheme for Andhra farmers. YSRCP has mentioned(రిథూ భరోసా పథకం) in their manifesto that they will launch this scheme. Under the Rythu Bharosa Scheme in AP, all the farmers will get an financial support amount of Rs. 12,500 yearly in their bank accounts.

Previously this scheme was set to launch in May 2020 but CM YS Jagan took the decision at a review meeting on agriculture with top officials. Now this farmer welfare scheme to be implemented from October in Andhra Pradesh. In this article we will discuss about Rythu bharosa yojana 2019 in detail.

AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2019

Rythu Bharosa in AP will cost approx. Rs.13,000 crore and CM Jagan farmer welafre schemes will benefit 62% of the population in AP. Under the scheme, all farmers in Andhra Pradesh will get ₹12,500 a year as an incentive or input subsidy before the sowing seasons begin. This scheme is one of the YSR Jagan Navaratnalu Schemes.

• This scheme has replaced the previous ‘Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme’, now it is known has YSR Rythu Bharosa in AP.
• Under this scheme, all farmers (including tenant farmers) will get ₹12,500 per year as an input subsidy before the sowing (Rabi and Kharif) seasons begin.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Eligibility Criteria

Rythu bharosa eligibility criterion is not clear yet as government Officials have not made any announcement regarding the eligibility of this scheme. CM Jagan said that this scheme will start from October 2019 so we will see the criteria nearby that month. But the basic things we are going to see are:

• ID Proof.
• Land Documents.
• Residential Proof.
• Bank Passbook, account number.

Andhra Pradesh Raythu Bharosa Beneficiary List

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme beneficiary list, number of beneficiaries details to be released at a later date. As we know scheme will begin from 15 October 2019 and the YSR Rythu Bharosa registration process will start. After that government will release the AP Rythu bharosa beneficiary list to download district wise.

As the government has not released any information about how to get enroll to this scheme.  More information can be found on the Official Website of Agriculture marketing department. As scheme is going to be implemented from October so soon we will get to know about the registration process. (may be on www.ntrbharosa.ap.gov.in)

Under AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme, 1st phase of would be implemented on a mandal wise and village wise manner to provide financial help to farmers.
